Make a Booking

1. Check the availability of your preferred date on the online calendar
    

2. Check the hire rates and terms & conditions
    

3. Complete the Booking Enquiry form below to make a hire enquiry and to confirm that your choice of date is available. You MUST allow enough time for setting up and clearing up in your required booking time. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your booking.  The hall is managed by a team of volunteers; we try and respond in a timely manner but if you think you have not received a reply then check your junk mail first before contacting us again.
    

4. If we can accept your booking you will receive an email requesting confirmation whether you wish to proceed. 
    

5. Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed you will receive a confirmation email and your booking will appear on the on the booking calendar as a private or named event.
